Hello all.

I am the new guy that Ail told you guys about. Thanks to him and to Rafael and Sir Clarence for this opportunity. I am not sure where to start are what I need to do. I have looked through a bit of the site and I guess I am going to be a Wizard named Gaderon? That is more then cool with me. Please let me know what all I need to do and also what parts of the forum I should read first to get going. Thanks in advance.

Yes, Gaderon is needing a player, true...
As for what to read, you only need the Tomb of Rahotep forum. Of course there's a very large number of threads there, so I'd recommend to read the Spell Choices, the Maps, the Evil Items, the Party (although most of the original players are no longer here) and The Archway Chamber and Beyond.

Then, when you find the time, you may want to read the other ones with all the game player thus far, but that will be a huge endeavour. =)

Also, ask Sir C for a copy of the spells reference. That will be crucial for you.

Thanks Ail. What do I do about die rolling when that becomes an issue? Are you still using the roller that has its own thread on the forum?

Welcome to our game. I have been playing Gaderon since the original player dropped out. You are welcome to play him. I had not played a mage/wizard before. And this is the first time that I played 1ed, so I didn't even realize that there was a spell reference. I guess that I have been playing the mage "in the dark" about spells.
