I am one for sure. Loved the series, loved the movie.... He did Buffy, Angel and wrote for Roseanne when she had her show,,,,,,,,, Neat eh?

One of the best Tv series ever.

Yes and the tv people were so smart that they cancelled that so Joss could work on Angel or BUffy or something like that ;(

A shame indeed.  The movie adaptation was also good, and I had a little hope that its success plus the huge fanbase that the series has somehow might convince the tv studio bosses to give it a second chance, but no...

I'd not kick River Tam out of my bed lemme tell ya :P

Plus she can kick some serious butt!! LOL

SHe's in that new Sarah Connor chronicles as a terminator.

Whedon is making a new show now called Dollhouse starring Eliza Duszku (aka Faith) on Fox, which I am pretty excited about. It will be a while till I can get it i  Norway probably... Legally anyway.

Im a big fan of all three of Whedon's shows and love most of the movies he's been involved with even though with most of them I didnt realize he was involved untill much later. Heck, I even liked the original Buffy movie when it first came out.

Firefly/Serenity was really amazing though...

OK this is Dollhouse: after reading it I think it sounds a lot like Dark Angel with Jessica "Babelicious" Alba..mmmm

Oh yeah. What do you guys think?


In Dollhouse, Dushku plays a young woman named Echo, one of a group of men and women who can be neurally imprinted with "personality packages," encompassing things such as memory, muscle memory, skills, and language. Sheltered in a secret futuristic dormitory/laboratory named the "Dollhouse," these individuals are imprinted with customized personas for performing any of a wide variety of assignments, which can be romantic, adventurous, outlandish, illegal, etc. After completing an assignment, they are mind-wiped into a child-like state with no memories. The series follows Echo as she begins to develop a persistent memory and self-awareness across imprints and wipes.[4] Beyond Dushku's character, the show will also revolve around the people who run the mysterious "dollhouse" and two other "dolls," a man and woman who are friendly with Echo. Then there's the federal agent who has heard a rumor about the dolls, and is trying to investigate their existence.
