I updated the spell choices for both Kherim and Ahi.
And Ahi casts a Heroes' Feast, urging everyone to eat before they move on.

Effects: for one hour, immunity to poison, fear, panic, hopelessness. Bless effect for 12 hours.
Everyone heals 1d4+4.

OOC: Ok, so invisiblecastle is down somewhat permanently :(. I rolled here http://www.wizards.com/dnd/dice/dice.htm

Ahi: 1d4+4 = 7
Kherim: 1d4+4 = 6

After the feast, Kherim stands and sets himself to action. He eyes the statue on the right side of the room suspiciously, and suggests

"shall we investigate that statue as we did on the leftside?" He caresses his scimitar expectantly.

Sol nods agreement and draws Tizona, while he prepares for action. When everyone is ready, he will approach the statue beside Kherim.

Gaderon will levitate above the party and move close enough to the statue at the right end of the room to use his wand of secret door and trap location on it, expecting it to be somewhat similar to the left side statue/trap.

Cautiously, you move closer towards the repugnant statue of Ghul. Gaderon's wand immediately points towards it, signalizing the mage a secret door behind it, and another one in the pedestal on which it stands. Shortly thereafter, you can hear a scratching sound in the walls, and then the statue slowly starts moving sideways and a bestial stench fills the air.

OOC: You all have one free round of action before the creatures behind the statue stream out and combat begins.

Gaderon will resume his levitated position lining up with the newly opened passage and cast a fireball at the oncoming ghulaz trying to hit as many as possible.

If this is logistically possible, Ahi will cast NEgative plane Protection on Sol, and Kherim will cast it on himself.
I suggest that we all stay behind while Gaderon discharges the fireball. My plan is for Kherim to cast sunburst on the next round when more of the undead are in the room, and for the rest of the party to move to the other side of the room and face the other wall. According to the spell description, this does not require them to make a save nor to close their eyes. Kherim will be the one more exposed to it, so he will necessarily close his eyes. Hopefully, Sol will be with him to keep front guard.

While Kherim and Ahi cast their protective spells, Gaderon waits as long as possible before he releases his fireball, which explodes with devastating power in the midst of the approaching horde of ghulaz.

Fireball Damage: 58
Ghulaz ST:

Six of the twelve attacking ghulaz drop down, burning and screaming until the flames completely consume them. The rest continue their attack, albeit slower and significantly damaged.

OOC: What happens in case the ghulaz have initiative and attack before Ahi manages to cast sunburst. Will the others keep their eyes closed to avoid becoming blinded, even if this means to not be able to defend properly? Or will Ahi do something else then? If so, please let me know what Ahi will do, and also provide combat rolls for the others. Just in case...
