Ivid will lay another arrow on his bow, and wave Elmo to follow Sol and Eikhan...

After a glance at the statues Gaderon will follow the others in further exploration as well.

From the base of the stairs, the 5-foot wide passage proceeds 60 feet straight ahed, then turns right and goes 10 feet, thereafter broadening to 10 feet for another 30-foot length. On the left-hand wall in the last 10 feet of this section are two doors, each 10 feet tall and 5 feet wide, sheathed in copper now turned to verdigris hue and inscribed with ancient khemitian hieroglyphs that Ahi and Gaderon are able to translate into the following:

"Curses upon those so foolish as to have delved so deeply into my Eternal House. May you wander in confusion endlessly for daring now to seek the ultimate richness stored for my lasting enjoyment in the Afterworld. Turn back!"

Kherim hears the translation and says
"I don't believe anything this foul voice says. And I don't believe we are so deep as he wants us to believe."

"I must agree as well, but we must not simply ignore such. Still it is quite annoying..." Gaderon heads forward without pause hoping to see what lay further within.

"Still, we should try to open this door, and see what lies ahead. If indeed this is the ultimate treasure, perhaps we can find also the ultimate evil and destroy it... though I doubt it."

Eilkhan looks at the door. "All right, lemme work my charms on the door." Eilkhan begins her usual task of finding booby traps and whatnot at a door and around it as well.
