I read the rules for the wisdom modifiers. Currently, Ahi can't cast spell leves 6 and 7. He also must lose one memorized spell of levels 3 and 4. Can I choose which spells to lose?
Also, how long does it take to recover the lost wisdom points, or is the loss permanent?

Yes, you can choose which spells are lost. If the wisdom loss is permanent can only be found out over time, I fear...

As for spells lost, I choose Protection from Evil 10' (lv 4) and Dispel Magic (one of them).
