Hi, I'm a burgeoning OD&D ref looking to expand into a wilder, woolier world of fantasy gaming.

Hi, I'm Greg, a D&D player and DM. I originally played a bit of D&D in the mid 80s and early 90s, but then I was away from the hobby for many years.

Sadly, I missed out on a lot of fun, but I've been playing regularly since the release of 5E. I also enjoy reading about all the settings, adventures and materials from the older versions of the game.

I never knew much about Blackmoor until recently, but then I managed to find a new copy of Dave Arneson's Blackmoor for D&D 3.5. I've also been reading a lot of Håvard's great blogs as well as other online discussions about the setting.

In the future, I might run some one-shots in Blackmoor for new players, as a tribute to Dave and as a way of introducing them to D&D in its truly original setting.
