According to the Site members page this is run by someone called Ops Coordinator.

It looks very much like they did all the work on 9 Feb 2008, then gave up. They then seem to have spent one day on a Dark Heresy wiki (21 Feb 2008) before again giving up.

With no changes for nearly two years, I would say that it is pretty clear that this wiki has been abandoned. I would suggest that you look into petitioning Wikidot to appoint a new admin. Looking at the Wikidot forums, I have seen a few other people complaining that Wikidot don't pull down dead wikis (to free up the URLs), but perhaps they might not have been talking to the right people. Or maybe a call to take an abandoned wiki down would be seen as less useful than an offer to fix an abandoned wiki.

Perhaps an application from The Regecy Council might have more success than an application from "a random guy who likes Blackmoor".
