Here we go, this is what I wrote back in the middle of February:

Looks like there's a big oopsie in DA2. It has map 4, which the old pdf does not, but it is missing both maps 8 and 9.

The old pdf missed map 9, but has map 8.

It looks like they have substituted the pre-rolled character sheet and back cover for the 2 missing maps by mistake, as both pages are duplicated.

Other than that, the pages are a lot clearer and crisper than the original.

Thanks for posting this here Dave! Has anyone told WotC/Drivethru about the mistake? Perhaps we can get them to fix it?

I'm not sure if they know about it or not.

I haven't had the time to let them know, as my wife broke her hip 3 weeks ago and I've been really busy looking after her and the children.

As I have the missing pages anyway it wasn't such a big issue for me, but it might be for anyone wanting to run the module who wasn't aware of the problem.
