The Sworn of Angvile is a subgroup within the Eldrich Underground. They are described in the BMPG. The Sworn of Angvile dedicate their lives to the destruction of the Wizards Cabal. They are fanatics who sometimes use the spell Angvile's Last strike, which kills the caster if they can do harm to the Cabal.

My impression is that Angvile is a man, but I guess it could be anything.

Angvile's stronghold was in the
Sipris Mountains. He was possibly (romantically?) involved with the Witch of Fane. It is still not clear to me whether he was killed or still is alive?
