High Thonians and Red Wizards
#1
Hey,

Working on the Maiden's Timeline, again.

For my games, I postulate that the Red Wizards (Red Coven) mentioned in SII are the forefathers of today's Blackmoorians,
and that today's High Thonians (BMCS d20) are their kin. (IMC there exist only like ten families of HT purebloods.)

I picture the old Red Wizards and today's High Thonians pretty much like the Suel/The Scarlet Brotherhood of Greyhawk and the Lendore Isles by Len Lakofka.

What do you think of this?

Yours,

Rafe

Pretty cool idea Rafe.

I also like the idea of the so called high thonians being a really limited group, rather than being a race to which all nobles belong.

Forefather's to modern Blackmoorians might not be 100% accurate though, since the majority of modern Blackmoorians will more likely be immigrants (1st-3rd generation) from Thonia, perhaps mixed in with Skandaharians, Peshwa etc.
