Three Eras of Blackmoor

Just noticed this when reposting that thread from EnWorld over in the Wood of the Revenant:

Picking up this again, was the TimeJump/Age of the Wolf/Sign of the Cross setting the Post-Fantasy Era Jeff mentioned?

Were they on their way to doing the full Science Fantasy Era?

What does Post Fantasy even mean? From what we know about the Age of the Wolf it sounds like a sort of Post Apocalyptic setting...
